By engaging Leadcrew's services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement establishes the rights and obligations between Leadcrew and you as the client.
Leadcrew provides web development, graphic designing, writing, and marketing services as described on our website or as agreed upon in writing. The scope of the services, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be specified in a separate service agreement or proposal.
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the course of the project as confidential. This includes project details, proprietary information, and any other sensitive data.
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the work produced by Leadcrew for the client shall belong to the client upon full payment.
Leadcrew will make every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of the services delivered. However, the client acknowledges that we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for the services rendered up to the termination date.
Leadcrew shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Leadcrew and the client, supersedes all prior discussions, and may only be modified in writing.
By accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them and agree to abide by them throughout the duration of our engagement.
